Biru Wins International Award for Successful Franchise Business Model

PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, the franchisor of Biru Water Store, has won the 2021 Quality Achievements Award by the European Society for Quality Research, Switzerland. Yantje Wongso, the founder and CEO of Biru, received the award in Dubai on Dec. 11. 

In front of 46 delegates from 37 countries, Yantje gave a presentation on Developing the Franchise Business in Indonesia: A Business Model That Works. It offered advice and insights on how to overcome the unique risks of franchise businesses in Indonesia to provide opportunities for many franchisees, not one or two as generally practiced nowadays.
